What is the order of the court

Rakhi Singh etc. vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh Fundamentalism No. 693/2021 In the hearing held on 16 May 2022, the court said that on behalf of advocate Harishankar Jain, by submitting an application (78-C) it has been said That Shivling has been found inside the mosque complex on 16 May 2022. This is very important evidence in the case, so the District Magistrate Varanasi should be ordered to seal it. Apart from this, ban the entry of Muslims to this particular place. Only 20 Muslims should be allowed to offer Namaz in the Masjid and they should be stopped from performing Wudu immediately.

The presiding officer of the court, Ravi Diwakar said that I have perused the entire file. It is clear from looking at the letter that the court had ordered the commissioning of the mosque complex. The plaintiffs say that it is necessary to preserve the Shivling found in the complex, therefore, in the interest of justice, application 78-C is eligible to be accepted.

AIMIM leader said - We do not believe in the lower court

The Muslim side is calling the claim of Shivling in the mosque baseless. When AIMIM leader Waris Pathan was asked whether the court's order contained a Shivling at the disputed site in Gyanvapi, he said that he does not believe in the lower court. He said, 'The Constitution has allowed me to go to the High Court. This matter is also pending in the Supreme Court. Therefore, it is not correct to draw this conclusion on this. The Place of Worship Act of 1991 clearly states that the religious place in which it was before August 15, 1947, will remain the same. So you can't touch it. Will we not obey the law of Parliament?'
