India Gives U.S. Diplomat An Earful After Germany For Remarks On Kejriwal's Arrest | Watch

India lodged a strong protest with a senior U.S. diplomat after comments on the arrest of Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal by the state department spokesperson. U.S. Acting Deputy Chief Of Mission, Gloria Berbena, appeared before the Ministry of External Affairs in New Delhi earlier today. "In diplomacy, states are expected to be respectful of the sovereignty and internal affairs of others. This responsibility is even more so in case of fellow democracies. It could otherwise end up setting unhealthy precedents," MEA said in a statement.
